We recently discovered a situation where voicemails from our phone system were not reaching us, particularly around the week of January 1st. The phone system underwent modifications to accommodate the porting of MDHTech phone numbers, but an unexpected software glitch appeared to misdirect all AVAREN voicemails.

After auditing our system logs, we can confirm that we have successfully communicated with everyone identifiable through the ‘Caller ID’ records as individuals who had left a message. We apologize if we missed anyone, particularly in cases where we could not readily identify your phone number.

The problem has been since been resolved, and all voicemail functions have been tested for appropriate delivery.
